Product Returns and Refunds
Once you have received our product(s), they cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.
Refunds may only be issued if you have not received your package. The cost of shipping for the return of the package you did not receive is borne by the customer.
To request a refund, please follow these steps:
Contact us at auroranaturalproducts@gmail.com or use our contact form to inform us of your desire to return your order and request a refund.
Please include the original packaging with your return.
Make sure your returns are securely packaged so they won't get damaged in transit. They have a long journey ahead of them.

Remember to obtain proof of shipment.
Please contact us again to let us know that you have sent the package and provide us with the shipping receipt.
We will process returns within 5 business days of receiving your return. Once we do that, we will authorize your payment provider to release the funds back to your account.
Refund Exceptions:
For hygiene reasons, we cannot offer refunds for used products or if they have been removed from their packaging/transport box.
Return of Defective Product
We work hard to ensure that all our products are of high quality, and we would be truly sorry if there was a fault with something you purchased from us. We also take care to ensure that all products are packaged in the safest way possible for transport. However, if you find any damage to the products you have just received, please contact us within 14 days of receipt, directly at our email address auroranaturalproducts@gmail.com or use our contact form, or call us at 21 174015 72, and we will take back the defective product and send a new one. We will bear the additional shipping costs. Defective products must be returned in their original packaging in order to be replaced.
Wrong Products
If you receive products that differ from those included in your order, please contact us and we will arrange for the return of the incorrect products and resend the correct ones, bearing all costs.
